For online orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. In order for us to deliver your merchandise in the fastest way possible, we ask that you fill out all of the information accurately and completely. Once you have submitted your online order, you will be notified that it has securely reached our office and will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
For phone orders, have your complete order ready, along with your credit card information. If you would prefer to send in a personal check or money order transaction, we will hold your order until payment has been received at our office. In order for us to deliver your merchandise in the fastest way possible, we ask that you please be sure to have an order number on your check or a note stating what you ordered. Once your check has arrived, if you have provided an email address, you will be notified that it has securely reached our office and will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. For phone orders, we only accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Customer service is available for phone orders toll free at (800) 867-7353 from 9AM to 5PM EST; otherwise, you may leave your order on our voice mail system for processing the next day.
Discrepancies, Shortages and Returns
If your order is received with any notable shortcomings, please contact customer service immediately. All discrepancies, shortages, broken merchandise and any requests for returns must be made within 10 days of receiving product.
If you receive a damaged box or damaged merchandise within the box, call our Customer Service Department for assistance.
All domestic orders within the contiguous United States are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours and you can usually expect delivery within 4-12 business days after placing your order. Our preferred carriers are USPS and UPS.
