Shipping & Handling
Orders placed Monday through Friday will ship within 1-2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. If delays are expected with your order, you will be contacted via email.
All domestic orders are sent via USPS or UPS and typically arrive within 2-5 business days from shipped date. Once orders have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
FREE ground shipping on all orders $100 and over.
$8.00 Flat Rate for all orders under $100.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will be charged actual shipping rates unless if the order qualifies for free ground shipping.
Orders are shipped to the address provided. Nutritional Resources is not responsible for delays caused by the mail carrier, stolen or damaged packages, or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
We also accept payment via PayPal. All credit and debit cards are processed through PayPal as they are our online merchant processor.
Applicable sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within Indiana only.
You can view and track your order status by signing into your account online and selecting Your Account. You should receive a shipping confirmation via email once the shipment has been completed. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update their records before you begin to track your order.
Returns & Restocking Fees
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and if for any reason you are not happy, simply return the regular priced items in its original, unopened condition within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. After 7 days, unused and undamaged items may be returned for store credit for an additional 7 days (14 days total from the date of delivery). All refunds exclude original shipping costs.
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned for any reason: any sale-priced item (listed on the Deals page), the Reams Testing Kit, any Reams testing solutions (Nitrate Test Solution, Ammonia Test Solution, Conductivity Reference Solution and Universal Extracting Solution), the Complete Flower Remedy Kit, and the Business of Natural Health 2-DVD set.
A restocking fee will be applied to any liquid herb or flower remedy product that is being returned. The fee is $5 per liquid herb product and $2 per flower remedy product. There are no restocking fees for other items.
All returns must be made within 14 days of the original delivery date. Items sent back for return will be shipped at our cost. Original postage and return postage charges are not refundable.
If an item was sent to you by mistake, we will gladly send you a replacement item upon receipt of the returned item with no additional charge for shipping. We will also refund you for the returned shipping cost.
If you receive glass products that are damaged or broken, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-867-7353 for replacement instructions.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges are non-refundable. However, return shipping fees will be included as part of your refund if there was an error on our part related to your order. Please be sure to add a tracking number so you can verify the package has arrived. We are not responsible for packages that are lost during shipment.
All returns will be subject to inspection. Items must be returned in original condition (unopened, unused) with original labeling. Returns received in used condition cannot be accepted for return and will be sent back to you. We reserve the right to deny or refuse full refunds based on the returned condition.

To return your item by mail, please include the packing slip receipt with your return order and mail your items to the address below. When possible, all items should be returned in the original package they were shipped in. You must use adequate packing materials to protect any glass, liquids or books within the box. Be sure to remove or cover all existing labels on the box you are using to return products. The only label that should be on the box is the label being used to return the products.
